About Us
Cathy DeLozier is a freelance writer, public relations specialist, event manager, master gardener, and mom.  She's worked with local and international companies in a variety of industries, including lawn and garden, sports medicine, health care, interior design and the non-profit sector, serving developmentally delayed children, women's issues and fund raising.  Frequently featured on FoodTV as a finalist in The Southern Living Cookoff for an original Green Tomato Gumbo recipe she and Barry created, Cathy graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Public Relations and is accredited by the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).

David Barrett "Barry" DeLozier is a writer, business strategist, marketing communications consultant, custom home designer and dad.  He's worked with the energy, homebuilding, banking, retail, advertising, media and service industries, national trade associations, municipalities and local community agencies.  A graduate of the University of Alabama with a degree in Communications, he designed a home for ABC TV's Extreme Makeover: Home Edition in 2005. 
 
Married twenty-three years, the couple live and work in Birmingham, Alabama, in an 88-year old home they rescued from ivy and wisteria vines. They have two sons, David, 20, a senior at Auburn, and Joe, 19 a sophomore at Birmingham Southern College. The DeLoziers are passionate about work, family time, sports, fitness, travel, art, architecture, gardening, music, reading, community service, theology and philosophy.
